Arkadimon is a fictional character from the Digimonfranchise, and a main character in the manga series V-Tamer 01. The name "Arkadimon" is derived from the city, Arcadia. According to chapter 53, Neo named Arkadimon after this city because he wanted to create his perfect world, his Arcadia.
The evil Daemon had created a Super Ultimate Digi-Egg with the intent of creating an all-powerful Digimon. Daemon summoned the human Neo Saiba into the Digital World to be Arkadimon's tamer. Arkadimon never expresses any free will, but instead obeys Neo's commands mindlessly.
Unlike other digimon, Arkadimon's name does not change when digivolving. This means the name "Arkadimon" refers to all six of Arkadimon's forms.
Arkadimon (Fresh) resembles a mix of a spider and a leech when first hatched. When Sigma came back from his fight against Taichi Yagami, Neo let Arkadimon (in the Fresh form) fight against Sigma's partner Piedmon. Although Arkadimon was only a Fresh Digimon while Piedmon was a Mega, Piedmon was still defeated when the crab-like arm that was released from Arkadimon's back impaled itself into Piedmon. Arkadimon then absorbed Pie's data and digivolved into the Rookie form.
Attacks
Data Drain : A large crab-like arm appears from Arkadimon's back which can be impaled into the opponent. This attack can kill even a Mega Digimon.
After Arkadimon absorbed Piedmon's data as a baby, it digivolved into its Rookie form. In this form he resembles a praying mantis. When Neo attacked the Holy Angel Castle, Arkadimon in Rookie form was by his side. Arkadimon defeated Leo as IceLeomon, and then fought Lord HolyAngemon. After escaping from Lord HolyAngemon's Destiny Gate attack, Arkadimon continues to fight against his digivolved form Seraphimon. In the fight, Arkadimon had absorbed some of Leo's data and digivolves into the Champion form.
Attacks
Soul Absorption
Erase Sickle: Extends one of its claws to pole-length, impaling its opponent.
Arkadimon digivolves to Champion shortly after absorbing IceLeomon's data, allowing it to block Seraphimon's Seven Heavens attack. In this form, it gains the ability to fly using a pair of small wings. Arkadimon then defeats Seraphimon and absorbs some of his data.
Attacks
Prison Fist: Grabs the opponent, and then the tendrils on its arm extend and impale it.
Arkadimon digivolves to Ultimate after absorbing Seraphimon's data. As an Ultimate, Arkadimon protects Neo when Daemon attacks him, and uses Dot Matrix to absorb Daemon.
Attacks
Dot Matrix: Opens the mouth in his chest and absorbs the opponent's data.
Eventually, Arkadimon loses a fight against Zeromaru. This is when Neo steps in, and activates the Digimental. With this, Arkadimon's Super Ultimate form is finally born.
In this new form, Arkadimon was able to destroy large areas of land and kill entire armies with single attacks. Unable to watch the massacre, Zero digivolves to the Mega stage and continues the fight with Arkadimon. At this point, after a suicide threat from his sister Rei, Neo loses his will to fight. Daemon then returns and seizes control of his creation from the inside—transforming it into his new Super Ultimate body, ending Arkadimon's existence.
Attacks
God Matrix: Fires a beam of light from its eyes. Everything hit by this attack will be reduced to nothing but 0's and 1's of primitive data.
Dystopia Lances: The huge number of tentacles growing as its limbs all charge to pierce its target.
