This article is about the Digimon known as Kumamon in Digimon World 3. For the Digimon known as Kumamon in various English materials, see Kumamon.

Bearmon is a Mammal Digimon. It wears its trademark baseball cap backwards. Although it is a little timid at first, it immediately becomes bosom buddies with other Digimon. However, once it begins to battle, with the uncommon physical strength and will-power it possesses—to continue battling no matter what kind of attack it suffers—it becomes a very reliable being. The ability for close combat hidden within its body is very strong, to the point that it bound its fists in leather belts so that its special punches wouldn't hurt itself.[7]

Attacks

  • Bear Fist[8] (小熊正拳突き Koguma Seikendzuki?, lit. "Bear-cub Punch"): Drives a punch into the opponent's chest with all its strength.
  • Bear Roll: Curls up its body and charges towards the enemy.
  • Beast Attack: Attacks with a swift blow of a powerful beast.

Design[]

It resembles a bear cub with black fur, a white muzzle and stomach, two magenta marks on its cheeks, and blue eyes. The text on its cap reads "BEARS".

Some media depict Bearmon with light brown fur rather than black fur.
