Bokomon is a Digimon Scholar and carries a book that has a lot of info on it to nourish his brain. His name comes from the Japanese word, bokoboko, which means the sound of hitting something hollow. He is called the Bird Brain.

Bokomon and Neemon are first seen after clearing Area 2's boss Impmon; after defeating Area 6's boss Myotismon, they reappear and allow you access to the DigiDictionary and Computer.

Bokomon runs the Back Equipment Shop, accessible by Silver Tamers and higher. Besides Neemon and Susanoomon, he is the only major Frontier character to appear in Digimon World DS.

Bokomon can be seen in front of the quest center in shine office. He is one of the few Digimon not returned to In-Training form in the attack by the Mystic Energy.
