Cameramon is capable of seeing through any camera.
Cameramon works for Leviathan and is paired with an Unknown Appli Driver. On October 1, he observes Haru Shinkai from the city's security cams and reports to Leviathan. On October 8, he confronts Haru and Gatchmon, and is easily defeated by DoGatchmon.
On October 31, he is tasked directly by Leviathan to obtain Haru's Appli Drive. When he sees Gatchmon without Haru, he hatches his plot. Taking advantage of their separation, he hijacks Haru's friends' photos to deliver an ultimatum to Haru, claiming to have captured Gatchmon. Once drawn into an isolated area, Cameramon demands Haru's Appli Drive in exchange for Gatchmon, using Men in Black human agents to achieve his will. Haru sees through the ruse, as the fake Gatchmon Cameramon displays has none of the real Gatchmon's resilience and independence, asking too easily to be saved. Haru flees, but Cameramon instigates a city-wide manhunt for him by framing Haru as the center of a Halloween event, promising a prize to anyone who can trap him. This turns the city's people into his own surveillance system, as he can see through their cameras. Eventually, however, Haru and Gatchmon reconcile and confront him in his AR-Field. Camreamon reveals one last trump card: App Fusion into Scorpmon. As Scorpmon, he is able to abuse the surveillance system to snipe unerringly. Haru and DoGatchmon prove to be more resourceful, plotting a course that allows them to sneak up Scorpmon by taking advantage of the cameras' blindspots. DoGatchmon then defeats Scorpmon in melee combat. Scorpmon takes one last photo of the pair before reverting to his Chip form. Mienumon rescues him from Haru, taking the Chip back with her to Nakamura-Fujimizaka.
On October 31, Scorpmon fights DoGatchmon. He initially has the upper hand due to being able to attack while hidden and using the surrounding cameras to aim at DoGatchmon and Haru. However, when Haru and DoGatchmon use the blind spots of the cams to move without being seen, he is unable to find them. When DoGatchmon eventually reaches Scorpmon, the two have a close range battle, where DoGatchmon wins. Scorpmon then surrenders his Appmon Chip to Haru, but it is quickly retrieved by an invisible Mienumon.
