DemiVeemon is a Baby Dragon Digimon whose Japanese name is derived from "Small Child" (禿び Chibi?), and whose English name and design are derived from "Demi Veemon". It digivolved from Chibomon. Unusually for an In-Training Digimon, it possesses a body, hands, and feet, and so is able to grip objects with both of its small hands, and move while hopping about with both feet. As it is very voracious, it especially likes sweet foods. Also, as it is very fond of sleeping, if you take your eyes off of it, it will instantly fall asleep.
Digimon Adventure 02
An "Art" DemiVeemon's death is the catalyst for MagnaAngemon to hate humans. Before dying, it makes MagnaAngemon a small amulet, as thanks for taking care of it.
Digimon Digital Card Battle
DemiVeemon appears during the "load game" scan.
DemiVeemon is available as a partner Digimon for certain events. The "Demiveemon T.F.U." item turns the player's current partner into a DemiVeemon, maintaining its level but resetting its skill and stat points. It has a stat build of 3-2-2-1 as an event Digimon and, should it become available to fight, also has the same stat build as a captured Digimon. DemiVeemon's Skill 1 is Pop Attack, which is a distant single target skill. DemiVeemon digivolves to Veemon at level 11.
As an event Digimon, the original DemiVeemon with the digivolutions of Veemon, ExVeemon, Paildramon, Imperialdramon Dragon Mode is handed out by an NPC during the "DemiVeemon Rental!" Event who allows the player to keep the Digimon only if the player can level the Digimon up to LV 61 during the time period of 7 days.
DemiVeemon is the subject of two avatar items: "DemiVeemon T Shirt in Grey" and "DemiVeemon T Shirt in White".
- Pop Attack (Hop Attack): Rams into the opponent while hopping about.
