Diatrymon is an Ancient Bird Digimon with powerful leg strength. An extremely ferocious bird, he attacks any moving thing he considers to be an enemy. He is named after diatryma which is one of the extinct flightless birds.

Though its wings do not have enough strength to achieve flight, Diatrymon can sprint with a velocity that can exceed a speed of 200 kilometers per hour. The plumage on his body is metallic, making Diatrymon almost impossible to injure.

Digimon World DSEdit

Diatrymon digivolves from Penguinmon. Diatrymon also appears at the Sky Palace.

Digimon World Dawn/DuskEdit

Diatrymon digivolves from Muchomon at LV 29 with 150 defence and 2400 bird exp and digivolves into Sinduramon. It also can be found at Proxy Island. In Dusk, it can also be found in Shine City
