Digimon World Championship (デジモンチャンピオンシップ Digimon Championship?) is a breed-and-battle SLG game for the Nintendo DS handheld game console. It was released in Japan on February 14, 2008, and in the U.S. on August 26, 2008. Players begin the game with an egg which will hatch into a Botamon. The Player will then have to enter tournaments, get funds, hunt more than 200 Digimon and become the Digimon Champion.
Dracomon, the 10th-anniversary Digimon made an appearance in this game.

The gameplay in Digimon World Championship gives an element of freedom to be whatever tamer you wish to be. The game includes a feature that allows the player's team to face a random tamer over Nintendo Wi-Fi connection and the DS wireless comunications.
Several Digimon made their debut in this game, including Petitmon, Babydmon, Dracomon, Coredramon, Wingdramon, Groundramon, Slayerdramon and Breakdramon.

There are a total of 216 obtainable Digimon in Digimon World Championship, which the game organizes in its "Digipedia". Each entry in the gallery includes a picture of the Digimon that can be interacted with to show its biographical info, its possible special attacks, and its possible digivolutions.
