Dinobeemon is a Mutant Digimon with a considerably reckless personality. He is the Ultimate form of the Wormmon and Veemon line, being the DNA Digivolved form of Stingmon and ExVeemon. Unlike Paildramon, another possible DNA Digivolution for Stingmon and ExVeemon where the latter is dominant in the appearance, Dinobeemon more closely resembles Stingmon. He is a dragon-insect chimera, carrying the name "Terrible Bee". He has strong characteristics of an insect. It is a species which is hard to distinguish from both dragon and insect, but it appears that its insect characteristics are more dominant. He flies through the sky with his four wings and accurately captures the opponent with the compound eyes on its head, securely killing them. In addition, Dinobeemon has a considerably ferocious personality.

Dinobeemon digivolves from Stingmon at Level 26+ and can digivolve further into GranKuwagamon at Level 53+ or Imperialdramon Dragon Mode (Black) depending on its stats.

Dinobeemon must be jogress from Stingmon and ExVeemon with Stingmon as initiated digivolution. After that, he can digivolves from Flymon if Level 41+, Dragon EXP 8800+, and can digivolve to Imperialdramon Dragon Mode (Black) if Level 60+, Attack 315+, and Dragon EXP 20000+.

- Masquerade (Hell Masquerade): Performs a dance where he slashes the opponent while leaving afterimages through his agile movement.
