Daiki and the others still journey across the Forest Depths to looking for X-Antibody: Type Ultra, the heroes saw the cave where Nanimon was attacked by bunch of Dobermon and their leader, Dobermon X who been transformed from X-Antibody. After scaring away Dobermon's pack, Nanimon tell the story about Dorumon's ancestors before they were encountered by Grademon Dark who forcibly digivolves Nanimon into WaruMonzaemon. Can the heroes must save Nanimon from Grademon Dark's influences.
