MagnaGarurumon (SV) is a Mega-level Digimon. It is a transcendent Digimon with power over light, said to surpass even the might of the Ten Legendary Warriors.[2]

  • Starburst Hunter[3] (Starlight Velocity): Accelerates to speeds that exceed the subluminal and reach the superluminal level after detaching the Charge Phantom, then erases everything that comes in contact with any of the bands of light.

Design

MagnaGarurumon (SV) is MagnaGarurumon without the bulkier parts of its equipment, leaving only the slender, lupine figure behind.

Eymologies

MagnaGarurumon (Detached) (マグナガルルモン(分離))

Name used in the Japanese version of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory. Base name shares an official romanization with MagnaGarurumon.

  • (La:) Magna (lit. "Great").
  • (Ja:) Garururu (ガルルル?), the onomatopoeia for a wolf's growl.
  • Detached (分離 Bunri?), referring to its now-detached armor.
