MetalTyrannomon is an Android Digimon. He is a Cyborg Digimon that was remodeled right after Megadramon. He equipped two machine arm, which missiles in right hand, and lasers in left hand. He is one of the three Digimon made for anti-infantry interceptions. His body is strengthened to repel all attacks. His jaw has tremendous attack power.

In Guilmon Comes Alive, a DarkTyrannomon attacks a Maildramon that is chasing Calumon. Their fight causes an explosion that blows Calumon into the Real World, but Calumon catches a glimpse of DarkTyrannomon digivolving to MetalTyrannomon and destroying Maildramon. This may have been caused by Takato Matsuki and Kazu Shioda playing the card game because they did the exact same thing.

A MetalTyrannomon tries to bio-emerge in the Real World, but is destroyed by Omnimon while he is transporting Rika Nonaka, Renamon, Henry Wong, and Terriermon to Okinawa, where Mephistomon is.

When Ophanimon told the Legendary Warriors about Cherubimon invading Seraphimon's castle, a MetalTyrannomon was seen as part of his beast army.

MetalTyrannomon digivolves from Tuskmon and DarkTyrannomon. MetalTyrannomon is one of the few Ultimate-level Digimon in Digimon World 2 who can not Digivolve further. He has Machine speciality and his special arrack is Fire Blast II.

MetalTyrannomon digivolves from RedVeedramon, and can digivolve to Armageddemon.

MetalTyrannomon digivolves from DarkTyrannomon at level 34 with 5500 Machine Experience.

MetalTyrannomon digivolves from DarkTyrannomon, Ankylomon, and Tyrannomon. MetalTyrannomon digivolves to Machinedramon with 60 virus AP, 20 battles 50% wins, and 2 egg reverts. MetalTyrannomon can be found at the Mecha Plant and chrome mines on occasion.
