What's the deal with Shioda/Shiota?Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 04:02, March 17, 2015 (UTC)
I always assumed that Kazu has his last name pronounced in the show, though it's going to require a careful watch at this point. :/ The dub DVD booklet lists Kazu Shioda, which might make it fanon-turned-canon.
