I think Mimi's princess appearance does look a lot like Princess Peach from the Mario videogame series by Nintendo, Because Tai is just like Mario, Joe is just like Luigi, and Mimi is just like Princess Peach. This episode is a refrence to the early Mario videogames from the 1980s, and it looks a lot similar. That comment about Mimi's Princess appearance resembles Princess Peach, because some people say that Mimi looks like Princess Peach, and I think Mimi is just like Princess Peach because they are both similar.

I think that Tai is just like Mario, because they act brave when they enter the castle, Joe acts like Luigi because Joe is next to Tai which is just like Luigi being next to Mario, and Mimi is just like Princess Peach because they both act like Princesses in this episode.
