Continuity errors

• Cutemon complains that he can't use any attack, despite having used "Ultrasonic Wave" in "A Glorious DigiXros, Seize It! Our Future!!".
• Yuu has both Cutemon and Damemon out of his X Loader at the same time, explicitly violating the rule that a Hunter can only Reload one Digimon at a time. Even if Damemon somehow didn't count as part of Yuu's Collection when he performed the Super-Evolution (which raises a whole other can of worms), it still begs the question of why neither Taiki nor any of the other Hunters brought out a second Digimon when they saw Yuu was able to use two.
